Each bag is barcoded and handled as confidential material from the moment it’s sealed. The bag is collected, transported, and processed under secure controls to minimize exposure and support defensible POPIA compliance.

How many pages fit in a bag?

It depends on how neatly you pack it but can take max 12kgs. As a rule: treat it like a “confidential bin liner” — when it’s comfortably full, seal it.

Do we need to remove staples & paper clips?

No. Keep it simple — put the paper in and seal.

Do you offer proof of destruction?

Yes, Certificates of Destruction are available upon request.
